What You’ll Do

Build strategic referral partnerships and develop a strong lead pipeline

Conduct consultative discovery calls and deliver tailored proposals

Represent our brokerage at national conferences and industry events

Guide businesses through their HR transformation journey with solutions that truly fit

Collaborate with a positive, growth-minded team

What You Bring

Experience

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales in one or more areas : PEO, Employee Benefits, Fractional HR, EOR, HRIS

Professional Skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities with executives and business owners

Consultative selling style and relationship-first approach

Self-motivation, strong follow-up, and a growth mindset
