Key Responsibilities
Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment programs for patients as needed.
Design effective OT treatment plans and goals tailored to individual patient needs.
Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
Meet productivity benchmarks with a positive attitude and dedication.
Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time.
Apply effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.
Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
Attention to detail in documentation and billing.
Problem-solving skills and a willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.
