Federally Qualified Health Center is looking to hire a bi-lingual (Spanish / English) Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP to work in a primary care setting located in the Queens, NY area!

  • $115,000 - $130,000 / year, depending on experience

    • Your Role with the Company :

  • Monday-Friday position
  • FNP will utilize specialized knowledge and skills in performing family practice health assessments
  • Family Nurse Practitioner will prescribe treatment modalities, establish plans of care, and promote the continuum of care with other health care providers
  • Advanced Practice Provider may write prescriptions for medications without the co-signature of a physician

    • Background Profile :

  • Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or acute care setting
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish / English required
