Tuesday-Saturday from 8 : 30AM to 6 : 00PM

Sundays from Thanksgiving to Christmas

Job Summary

This luxury jeweler is ideally seeking an experienced Sales Associate, preferably with prior experience in fine or high jewelry sales (although they will consider training the right person if they have retail sales experience in luxury goods or luxury hospitality.)

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling fine jewelry products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. They should be a strong team player, an articulate communicator, and be a positive, self-motivated contributor who enjoys providing elevated, white glove customer service and being a part of important occasions and events.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect piece of fine jewelry
• Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of jewelry items
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering personalized recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all jewelry displays are well-presented
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases
