As a Franchise System Specialist at Neighborly, a typical day for you will include :

  • Provide administrative support by collecting, organizing, and maintaining information to assist the Operations Team in the performance of various responsibilities.
  • Participate in developing, organizing, and maintaining all training information and systems for new and existing franchise business owners.
  • Provide support and facilitation for monthly business training weeks, regional training events, and annual national conventions.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate all support efforts for new and existing franchise business owners.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Sure Start program and Sure Start Coordinator.
  • Support new and existing franchise business owners with the adoption and implementation of vendor provider systems offering services for recruiting, marketing, bookkeeping, and operational resources.

Experience :

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant business, industry, or system experience is required.
  • Skills :

  • Familiarity with a wide variety of multimedia tools and equipment
  • Ability to make decisions or recommendations for changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and train new users on the same systems
  • Education :

  • An Associate's degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Schedule :

  • Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Waco, TX or Irving, TX
