Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and direct all activities on the corrugator production line during your shift, ensuring optimal safety, quality, and output.
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on assistance, particularly for the control room, single facer, and double backer positions.
- Train new operators and cross-train existing personnel to enhance team flexibility and capability.
- Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures, addressing any deviations swiftly.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure all corrugator equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Manage production flow, resolve operational bottlenecks, and make real-time adjustments to maximize throughput.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to production, quality, and personnel.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing process enhancements.
Recommended Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in corrugation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Deep functional knowledge of corrugator machinery and related processes.Proven leadership ability to inspire and manage a diverse production team.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex operational issues.Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional weekends.Preferred Qualifications :
