Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and direct all activities on the corrugator production line during your shift, ensuring optimal safety, quality, and output.
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on assistance, particularly for the control room, single facer, and double backer positions.
• Train new operators and cross-train existing personnel to enhance team flexibility and capability.
• Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures, addressing any deviations swiftly.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure all corrugator equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Manage production flow, resolve operational bottlenecks, and make real-time adjustments to maximize throughput.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production, quality, and personnel.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing process enhancements.
