Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Short Stay 4D - Relocation Offered!

Unit Highlights

As part of MWHC’s Heart and Vascular Institute, nurses

on 4D care for a variety of pre and post procedural cardiac patients.  In

addition, 4D nurses care for short stay observational patients receiving

specialized anti-arrhythmic medication or who need other cardiac monitoring. 4D

works closely with the Cardiac Cath and EP Labs to care for patients after

interventions to diagnose and treat many heart conditions as well as preparing

patients for open heart surgery or noninvasive valve replacements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.
