Safety & Security Administrator

Anticipated hiring pay is $76,000 - $100,000. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 8% based on company performance.

In this position you will :

• Help develop and implement safety and security programs.
• Apply State and Federal OSHA standards appropriately.
• Develop and support safety training, maintain plans and records.
• Participate in safety committees and teams.
• Oversee audits and coordinate onsite compliance inspections.
• Lead new hire safety training and pre-employment activities.
• Manage Safety Data Sheets.
• Conduct regular security checks.
• Prepare for potential security and emergency events.
• Assist with security assessments and audits.
• Help facilitate emergency drills.
• Respond to campus alerts and support security as needed.
• Serve as part of storm, emergency, and disaster recovery teams.
