DeLeers Construction is expanding our team! We currently have an opening for an experienced Residential Superintendent. Responsibilities include being the on-site lead on multiple projects, communicating with project managers, trade partners, and DeLeers crew leads to answer questions and ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Projects are all unique commercial projects (office spaces, restaurants, etc.) and may include some high-end residential projects as well. Superintendents are also responsible for site safety, ensuring all trade partners and employees follow OSHA and DeLeers safety requirements. Some hands-on work will be required.

Successful candidates must have prior experience in all areas of carpentry, including framing, siding, and finish / trim work. Must possess superior problem-solving and organizational skills and be computer literate. Professional communication skills are required to interact effectively with field associates, trade partners, and owners. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in leadership, project management, or superintendent roles on commercial projects.
