We’re looking for a Senior Family Law Attorney to join us in a remote role based in the Minneapolis area . This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned attorney who not only brings legal expertise but also wants to mentor, collaborate, and help shape the future of the firm.

This role could be the right fit if you :

• Bring 8+ years of family law experience in Minnesota
• Excel in courtroom advocacy, research, and legal writing
• Believe in client-first representation and a team-focused approach
• Are eager to step into leadership and mentoring responsibilities

Compensation : $145,000+ yearly

Responsibilities :

This position will be responsible for important work, including :

Drafting motions, affidavits, legal arguments, testimony, and trial briefs

Preparing for and attending hearings

Consulting with clients and developing case strategies

Communicating with opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders

Performing case law research

Investigating case facts and monitoring new laws and regulations

Crafting substantive correspondence

Editing and approving paralegal-prepared documents
