Project portfolio includes projects within commercial, corporate, retail, and healthcare spaces. There would be no travel outside of the Chicagoland area. Job Description

This Project Manager will be responsible for :

• Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
• Oversee the management of successful construction projects
• Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients
• Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship
• Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
