Description :
The Emergency Shelter Case Manager is responsible for client intervention and engagement upon their entrance into the Emergency Shelter. This includes new intakes and assessments, service planning, case management services, advocacy and counseling. The Emergency Shelter Case Manager, along with other Shelter staff will address the basic needs of clients. They will provide supportive services as needed to address the tailored needs of individuals and families. The Emergency Shelter Case Manager is also expected to identify and outline opportunities and pathways out of the Emergency Shelter.
They will collaborate with staff and volunteers and assist the Shelter Manager with the day-to-day operations. They will document client service transactions in Salesforce, HMIS and other databases as required and perform assigned operational and administrative tasks as necessary to fulfill program objectives.

Requirements : SCHEDULE :
This is a full-time, exempt position. The Emergency Shelter Case Manager will be required to work some evenings, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12 : 00pm to 8 : 00pm to accommodate shelter hours, must be flexible.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Master’s preferred, or related field or minimum of two years relevant experience.

BENEFITS :
SALARY : $50,000 - $53,000
