Position : Weekend Care Coordinator Social Worker 4 / 4

Shift : Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday); 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm

Experience :

1. At least 5 years of recent clinical experience in a physician's office, clinic, hospital, or emergency services (EMS) setting, or other equivalent experience.

Education :

Master's Degree in Social Work from CSWE (Council on Social Work Education) accredited program.

Licensures / Certifications :

Licensed Social Worker strongly preferred.

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
