• Office located in MOB is connected to Valley Baptist Hospital, walking distance to Hosp OR
• 2-3 days in clinic and OR block times, able to adjust as needed
• Clinic Hours M-F 8a-5pm
• 70 / 30% IP / OP
• Est 3-5 call days / month (includes General Ortho Call)
• Practice includes Ortho Trauma provider that provides coverage @ VBMC
• Dedicated Ortho / Trauma floor
• Must be BE / BC by the ABOS
