POSITION SUMMARY :

The Grinding Booth Operator is responsible for products received from demolding and responsible for providing the Assembly Joining team high quality and low-cost decks, hulls, and small parts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Shear cuts and drills hulls for customer component installations.

Cuts consoles and ensures all box openings are ground to customer specifications. Hulls must be shear cut and have the appropriate plumbing outlets drilled.

Grounds hulls to customer specifications. Hulls must be free of burrs and cleaned before moving part to next area.

Keeps work area clean, safe, and hazard free

Helps push mold into booth

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY :

Ability to work as a Team

Ability for rapid mental and muscular Depth perception

Coordination simultaneously
