A company is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to assist in building and maintaining relationships with brands on behalf of clients, focusing on strategic partnerships in the entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support administrative tasks for the Director and Executive Vice President, including calendar management and meeting scheduling
Develop and maintain relationships with promotional contacts and manage the client contact database
Research potential partners and assist in the execution of partnership programs, including preparing reports and pitches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required (marketing, communications, or public relations preferred)
Minimum 2 years of related experience (strong internship experience considered)
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and / or Keynote
Positive attitude, resourceful, and goal-oriented
Creative thinker and team player
