Team Lead (L5)

JOB DUTIES :

As an L5 Team Lead you will manage a team of 5-10 technical engineers. This role is responsible for delivery execution, team development, and aligning technical work with business goals. The Team Lead will play a key role in project planning, team growth, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and support a team of engineers through planning, execution, and delivery
• Break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks and incremental releases
• Set timelines and ensure delivery commitments are met
• Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders
• Provide coaching, feedback, and career development
• Remove blockers and improve team productivity
• Maintain quality through sound development processes
• Translate business needs into clear technical direction
• Other duties as assigned
