JOB DUTIES :
As an L5 Team Lead you will manage a team of 5-10 technical engineers. This role is responsible for delivery execution, team development, and aligning technical work with business goals. The Team Lead will play a key role in project planning, team growth, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and support a team of engineers through planning, execution, and delivery
- Break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks and incremental releases
- Set timelines and ensure delivery commitments are met
- Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development
- Remove blockers and improve team productivity
- Maintain quality through sound development processes
- Translate business needs into clear technical direction
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related technical field5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleStrong people leadership and coaching abilitiesProject planning and delivery managementEffective communication across technical and business contextsConflict resolution and team-building skillsTechnical understanding to support informed decision-makingPerformance evaluation and resource planning experienceLOCATION :
