Job Title : Senior SAP Project Manager

Location : Hoffman Estates, IL (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)

Duration : Direct Hire

Salary : $155,000 - $160,000 Annually

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) :

• Manage multiple clients and complex projects at any given time
• Assist in pre-sales activities and expand consulting services
• Assist with scoping and estimating project work
• Identify and close new service opportunities for assigned clients
• Identify appropriate consulting skills required for projects
• Serve as onsite lead for implementation projects
• Manage SOW / Contract requirements and related change requests (CR) for fixed-priced engagements
• Adhere to all documented PMO processes and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation)
• Lead the effort to define deliverables, templates, and standards for the project
• Develop and manage a detailed integrated project plan, including project milestones and deliverables
• Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to the client
• Manage project issues / risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations
• Act as the first point of escalation for project-related issues
• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders
• Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount, and deliverable completion
• Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule, and budget)
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP methodologies and implementation best practices
• Mentor project managers and delivery managers as needed
