Remote Auto Parts Specialist

A company is looking for a Retail Auto Parts Specialist (Remote - Ohio).

Key Responsibilities

Process retail parts and labor rate requests from automotive clients

Review and validate dealer submissions of job cards to ensure compliance with criteria

Calculate and verify parts markup percentages and labor rates, and manage document uploads for claims review

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

One or more years of professional work experience in automotive, business, or accounting

One or more years of customer service experience

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Must reside in Ohio and have a high-speed internet connection
