Location : Wichita, Kansas; Omaha, Nebraska; Harlan, Iowa; Joplin, Missouri (Hybrid)

Job Type : Full-Time (Exempt)

Job Description

Position Overview : Are you ready to be the creative force behind the OXEN brand? As our Marketing Manager, youll be the storyteller, strategist, and cheerleader for OXEN Technology. Youll craft campaigns that turn heads, build buzz, and help us connect with businesses that need our services. You will report to the President and managed a small team. The marketing department will be yours to lead, manage and measure with keen insights into results and ROI. The primary marketing and sales tools are within the HubSpot platform, you will need to efficiently run it. Though OXEN services work in any size of environment and any industry, the targeted focus will be on promoting OXENs bundles and managed services to regulated industries and mid-market organizations. Key Responsibilities

Lead the Charge : Design and execute marketing campaigns that make OXEN stand out in the MSP / MSSP crowd.
Grow Our Garden : Nurture leads and relationships help our client base blossom year after year!
Be Our HubSpot Hero : Master the ins and outs of HubSpot automate campaigns, track leads, and uncover insights that help our marketing efforts shine. If theres a HubSpot hack, you know it (or youll find it)!
Be a Brand Champion : Shape our voice across social media, email, events, and more. Make every touchpoint memorable and actionable.
Team Up : Collaborate with sales, tech, and leadership to create marketing magic and loads of MQLs.
Unleash Your Creative Superpowers : Use your mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more) to design eye-catching visuals, craft compelling content, and bring our brand to life!
Blog & Newsletter Boss : Keep our blog buzzing with fresh, insightful content and make our quarterly newsletter a must-read for clients and prospects. Share stories, tips, and updates that showcase OXENs expertise and keep everyone excited about whats next!
Website Wizard : Keep our website fresh, engaging, and up to date. Showcase our services, share our latest wins, and make sure every visitor gets the best first impression of OXEN Technology.
SEO & Keyword Superstar : Optimize our website and content for search engines, boost our rankings, attract more visitors, and make sure OXEN Technology is easy to find for businesses searching for IT and cybersecurity solutions.
Analyze & optimize : Track results, celebrate wins, measure ROI, and tweak strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
Stay Curious : Keep up with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications

1-3 years of marketing experience bonus points for MSP, Cybersecurity, or IT background.

Creative storytelling skills make tech sound exciting and accessible.

Ability to simplify technical concepts take the tech speak out.

Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., EDR, MFA, SIEM).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Self-starter attitude with excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Required Skills

Experience managing HubSpot platforms.

Experience with marketing campaigns and social media management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Comfortable with KPI tracking and reporting.
