Vice President of Business Development

A company is looking for a Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute a multi-year business-development roadmap aligned with corporate objectives

Direct the full capture lifecycle for complex training and C4ISR programs

Oversee integrated marketing and communications campaigns to enhance brand presence

Required Qualifications

15+ years of leadership in defense business development with significant contract wins

Success in securing U.S. DoD and international FMS programs; active Secret clearance preferred

Fluency in federal acquisition regulations and competitive positioning in training & simulation

Experience bridging engineering, product, and customer-facing teams at the executive level

Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
