Position Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a senior executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s technology vision. This role oversees all information technology strategy, systems, and innovation initiatives across the Regional Care Group network.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO serves as both architect and catalyst, leading the continued transformation of RCG’s IT infrastructure from a traditional support model to a strategic enabler of innovation, integration, and user experience.
The ideal candidate will balance technical mastery with leadership excellence, ensuring RCG is a forward-looking, secure, and data-driven enterprise.

Education : Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and exceptional experience and professional experience may also be considered.Exper
ience : Min imum of 7–10 years of progressive IT leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing enterprise-level technology strategy.
