Location : We are seeking Lounge Servers for the Hard Rock Stadium, located in Miami Gardens, FL.

Sodexo Live! Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination which is the home of the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami football team, Orange Bowl, Miami Open, Super Bowl LIV and the 100th anniversary of the NFL, International soccer and a host of world-class events including the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It was designed to embrace all that South Florida has to offer, while providing unparalleled live experiences.

We are currently looking for Lounge Servers to join our team here at the Hard Rock Stadium.

Qualifications

Required : Previous experience as a Lounge or Bottle Server working in high-volume nightclubs or lounges

Required : Additional experience working in restaurants, bars, hotels and / or events

Record of success generating sales through upselling and excellent customer service

Knowledge of local and state alcohol service regulations and safety standards – proof of Alcohol Safety training

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time

The ability to work with a sense of urgency

Ability to perform well under pressure

Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members

Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and business needs

A background check must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate can be offered a full-time or part-time position

Hard Rock Stadium Background checks will include, at minimum, verification of education and employment histories, criminal records, national sex offender registry check, and references

Failure to satisfactorily complete the background check may affect the application status of applicants or continued employment of current employees who apply for the position

Responsibilities

Deliver amazing hospitality experience through excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Anticipate guests' needs and exceed guests' expectations with prompt service

Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences and offer upsell opportunities to enhance the guest experience

Execute VIP presentations with promptness and enthusiasm

Provide ongoing table maintenance

Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift

Assist other team members as needed to meet guest's needs

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift

Development repeat clientele and establish relationships

Responsible and accurate handling of payments

Must comply with any dress code requirements

Handle situations with solution-oriented problem-solving approach

Maintain highly professional demeanor to others and uphold honesty and other company policies

Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with bartenders, supervisors, and other staff members
