Librarian – Youth Services
Full Time - 40 hours per week
Salary : $26.50 per hour
Position Description : The Fox River Valley Public Library District is seeking a dynamic, community-driven librarian who is passionate about working with children aged 0-12 and their caregivers to join the Youth Services team.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate material collections for assigned areas
- Provide reference and reader’s advisory services for patrons of all ages
- Plan and present engaging activities, programs and events
- Build meaningful community connections through outreach
Requirements and skills
Educational requirement
MLIS from an ALA accredited school
