Patient Care Director

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse Lead, you will oversee patient care delivery and ensure the smooth operation of a patient care unit. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Organize and direct patient care delivery during an assigned shift; ensure proper staffing and efficient operations of a patient care unit.

Provide coaching and counseling to individual team members; monitor performance and address training needs.

Document daily staffing, operational, and administrative records; maintain compliance with governmental policies and procedures.

Direct and support nursing staff, demonstrating respect for patients' dignity and rights; assist with communications with patients and families.

Requirements :

Associate Degree in Nursing is required.

Five to seven years of clinical experience are preferred.

Two years of leadership / management experience are preferred.

RN licensure in the state of employment is required.

BLS certification is required.
