Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator

We're looking for a Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator with AP, AR, Payroll, and inventory experience to become a key player on our dynamic team. Salary : $40,000 -$50,000 / yr.

Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do :

• Manage bookkeeping functions including AP, AR, reconciliations, and reporting
• Handle payroll with precision and confidentiality
• Support HR onboarding and ensure compliance with best practices
• Assist with inventory tracking and administrative tasks
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports that drive business success
• Play a critical role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
