Located just 15 minutes from downtown Columbus in scenic Worthington, Ohio, our treatment facility offers both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs in a warm, welcoming environment.

Our office space is designed to feel like a retreat—with large windows, abundant natural light, and peaceful woodland views that promote a sense of calm and healing. We combine proven therapeutic approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with expressive and holistic modalities to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

We seek experienced Behavioral Health Therapists (Masters Level-LSW / LISW or LPC / LPCC) to join our team!

Schedule : Full-Time Therapist

  • Monday-Thursday 9 AM-7 : 30 PM or
  • Monday-Friday with varying schedule to accommodate two evening shifts until 7 : 30 PM

The experienced Therapist should meet the following minimum requirements :

  • Minimum of (2) years of experience as a Therapist and / or Mental Health Counselor in a mental health environment.
  • Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role.
  • Masters Degree with an LSW / LPC or LISW / LPCC required
  • Experience working with adolescents and families
  • Psychiatric facility background preferred
  • Certified in BLS, CPR / AED and Standard First Aid Certification, preferred
  • Ability to be on-site

    • Job Status : Full-time

    Pay : LSW / LPC - starting at $65,000 and LISW / LPCC - starting at $70,000 /

  • Compensation based on years of experience and licensure

    • Medical Specialty : Psychiatry, Behavioral, Dual Diagnosis

    Education : Masters Degree

    Experience : Counseling - 2 years

    Work Location : In person

    Ability to Commute : Worthington, Ohio (Required)
