Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new client leads, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Proactively manage incoming referrals and leads by reaching out via phone, email, or text.
• Call potential clients to introduce our services, answer initial questions, and schedule appointments
• Coordinate internally to ensure client needs are met and appointments are confirmed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduling in our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
