Production Associate – $16–$20 / hr

Location : Nashville, North Carolina

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Type : Full-Time

Asterra Labs is a fast-growing hemp-based product lab committed to quality, innovation, and consistency. From premium gummies to high-performance vapes and pre-rolls, we manufacture hemp products people trust. We’re a small, motivated team with big goals—and we’re looking for dependable individuals to grow with us.

What You’ll Do :

  • Assist in the production of hemp-based gummies, pre-rolls, and vapes
  • Operate and clean production equipment (training provided)
  • Measure, mix, and mold ingredients with precision
  • Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, food-grade workspace
  • Accurately package and label finished products
  • Follow SOPs and safety protocols at all times

Who You Are :

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working independently or on a small team
  • Open to learning new skills in a regulated environment
  • Experience in food, production, or lab work is a plus, but not required
