As an Area Coach you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations. You will understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to execute a great operation. Required or Preferred Experience : Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education. Experience of at least 3 years with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training. Proven track record of successful hiring and retention. Required when needed, the ability to work early in the morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change. Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Restaurant / Hospitality Management or Business Management a plus but not required. Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license and insurance, we do require significant business driving and must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR). ServeSafe Certified. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent.
