As an Area Coach you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations. You will understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to execute a great operation. This is rooted in excellent financial performance, hiring, training, development, and guest satisfaction in each location. You are a culture warrior who effectively motivates, communicates, models, and removes barriers to enable maximum performance of your people and develops solutions that drive your business' results.

• Consistently demonstrates integrity in actions and expectations.
• Guides Restaurant General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Shift Leaders, and restaurant staff ensuring they complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Monitors the performance of each Team Member and holds them accountable for standards and expectations.
• Ensures a quality customer experience by providing fast and friendly service through your people.
• Maintains point of sale system by reporting all system failures and verifies download accuracy (e.g. pricing updates, menu changes).
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Adheres to all local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.

Required or Preferred Experience : Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education. Experience of at least 3 years with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training. Proven track record of successful hiring and retention. Required when needed, the ability to work early in the morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change. Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Restaurant / Hospitality Management or Business Management a plus but not required. Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license and insurance, we do require significant business driving and must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR). ServeSafe Certified. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent.
