We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious law firm that handles complex personal injury cases. Our firm is committed to advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for litigation and a drive to achieve justice for our clients.

Responsibilities :

As a Personal Injury Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception through trial. This includes but is not limited to :

1. Representing clients in court or before government agencies.

2. Conducting legal research and gathering evidence.

3. Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and agreements.

4. Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and experts.

5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.

6. Preparing and presenting cases to judges and juries.

7. Advising clients on their legal rights and responsibilities.

8. Staying updated on the latest legal trends, regulations, and case law that affects personal injury law.

9. Working collaboratively with our legal team to develop strategies for complex litigation cases.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with significant trial experience.

4. Proven track record of achieving favorable verdicts and settlements for clients.

5. Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and procedure.

6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

7. Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently and meet deadlines.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

10. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

11. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
