Key Responsibilities
Answer calls and chats from team members, assist with problems, and enter issues into the help desk ticketing system
Handle password reset requests and respond to emails promptly
Escalate critical issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Willingness to learn and enhance technical skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook / Exchange
