About the Role : CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, you\'ll oversee all financial functions of the enterprise while also leading corporate strategy, capital structure, and M&A. You\'ll be the trusted financial voice at the leadership table, partnering with ownership to drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-wide financial leadership : strategic planning, corporate finance, capital allocation, and treasury
  • Lead and modernize accounting, reporting, FP&A, and compliance functions
  • Guide M&A strategy, including evaluation, due diligence, and integration
  • Manage banking, bonding, insurance, and liquidity planning
  • Drive ERP and financial technology initiatives for scalable growth
  • Translate financial performance into actionable insights for ownership / Board
  • Mentor, develop, and scale the finance / accounting leadership team
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic planning
