Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Control Assistant helps the Inventory Manager to manage the flow, accuracy, and timely logistics of material from the point of receiving purchased material to the point of shipping a finished product. The employee will perform a variety of duties to identify, receive, unload, count and distribute goods and materials to and from various internal and external sources . A strong work ethic and team player attitude is essential for succes!

Experience and Skills Needed :

• Preferred experience working in an inventory setting
• Ability to work several consecutive hours on your feet
• Ability to read a tape measure and a blueprint
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds several times a day
• Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack in a safe manner
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to work inclement weather conditions
• Good housekeeping skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Spanish speaking is a plus
