Patient Liaison (Registration Staff)

Gundersen Tri-County is seeking a Patient Liaison (registration staff) to work in their clinic locations in Whitehall, Blair, and Independence.

What You Will Do :

• Work collaboratively with clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, and patients by completing registration, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
• Work full-time, 40 hours / week.
• 8-hour shifts between 8am-5 : 30pm. Weekends may be needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
