As a SEM Metrology Engineer, you will be responsible for imaging and analyzing samples which is a crucial aspect of applications / process development and customer support for Multibeam’s unique lithographic tool—enabling new applications for our next-generation electron beam writing system. You will be the primary operator for the SEM, responsible for sample prep and supporting the imaging and characterization needs of the company. This will include performing image analysis to evaluate pattern quality as well as performing FA on system components. The ideal candidate is independent, flexible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced and creative technical environment.
