Dispatcher LHH Recruitment is working with an aviation / aerospace company near Tempe that is looking for a dispatcher to join their team. This is a 24 / 7 operations, so you must be flexible. Shifts will likely be 12 hour shifts. Some OT will be available.

This role plays a critical part in coordinating emergency and medical transportation dispatch operations across multiple states, ensuring rapid and accurate communication under pressure. The hourly rate is between 45k-60k DOE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and dispatch emergency response and medical transport services across multiple states
• Prioritize and manage high volumes of incoming requests and calls
• Communicate clearly and effectively with field teams, medical personnel, and support staff
• Monitor response times and ensure compliance with all protocols and safety standards
• Document all dispatch activities accurately in internal systems
• Remain calm, professional, and focused during high-stress or emergency situations
