Enhancing our customers experience while working with Armas is the goal for the Customer Support Associate. Pharmaceutical experience is not required - someone with the right work ethic and attitude will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed through training with our knowledgeable team at Armas.
Responsibilities :
Manage a defined portfolio of customers with a focus on ensuring accurate order processing and timely product flow.
Partner with sales leadership and account reps to align product launches, replenishment schedules, and ongoing availability.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries regarding :
Order status and shipment visibility
Invoices and supporting documentation
Inventory levels and anticipated availability
Serve as back-up and cross-coverage for the customer operations team to maintain seamless support.
Travel to 12 National Trade Shows per year, as well as scheduled visits to wholesalers, retailers, and purchasing groups every 1218 months to strengthen operational alignment.
Coordinate purchase order management with Third-Party Logistics providers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Investigate and resolve product discrepancies, delivery issues, and product claims.
Generate and distribute operational reports including : backorder updates, availability projections, and shipping status reports.
Inventory & Operations Alignment
Track and record market and order data to support forecasting and planning of future product needs.
Support onboarding of new customers and suppliers, ensuring all operational and documentation requirements are met.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse partners to align on inventory positioning, replenishment cycles, and service levels.
Provide insights into product demand trends to help guide purchasing,production scheduling, and account planning.
