job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEnsure team and customer safety by adhering to safety protocols. Maintain high standards of customer service for retail and wholesale customers. Build and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service and business results. Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement. Partner with HR in hiring, development, coaching, and termination processes. Drive sales and identify new customers and revenue opportunities. Oversee inventory management, expenses, scheduling, and cleanliness of the store. Collaborate with the Area Manager to establish business plans and budgets. Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure they represent the company positively. Perform other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years of managerial experience in retail or auto parts preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and video conferencing tools. Strong understanding of retail store operations and point-of-sale systems. Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and self-motivation. Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profit quotas. Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required for operating company vehicles. Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of operational issues. Flexibility, integrity, and professionalism in handling responsibilities.

Compensation : $65,000 -$70,000 Depending on Experience

Job Summary :
As a Sanel NAPA Store Manager, you will demonstrate strong leadership by fostering a culture of safety, generating vision, fueling customer focus, and exemplifying initiative within the team. You will uphold Sanel NAPA's core values of customer focus, adaptability, and integrity while achieving key performance measures such as payroll management and sales improvement. Responsibilities include executing business plans to engage employees, drive revenue growth, and maintain a safe environment while cultivating employee development and engagement.
