What You'll Do

As an Ag Equipment Sales Professional , you'll be the face of the company in your three-county territory. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming their go-to contact for all their equipment needs. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Growing the business by promoting and selling new, used, and rental ag equipment from industry-leading brands.
• Becoming a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations and providing valuable solutions that help them thrive.
• Delivering world-class service through consistent follow-up and by connecting customers with the parts and service teams.
• Conducting on-site demonstrations and appraising equipment trade-ins.
• Growing professionally by participating in ongoing training and certifications.
