A company is looking for a Global Mobility Partner to manage employee relocation processes and ensure compliance and quality in mobility services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day employee relocations in partnership with a Relocation Management Company (RMC)
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for relocating employees and stakeholders, providing guidance on relocation policies and processes
Coordinate with immigration and tax vendors to ensure compliance and timely service delivery
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in global mobility, relocation management, or employee mobility operations
Experience managing domestic and international relocations, including understanding of key relocation components
Proven ability to manage relocation vendors and collaborate with various service providers
Experience with mobility case management systems or centralized vendor platforms
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
