The Position

As we continue to grow, we are looking for full-time nurse practitioners to provide care for the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and / or Assisted Living setting. Our nurse practitioner positions can include :

Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) with an applicable state license

Must have an active license and DEA #
