Your Role :

As the Manager of Customs Compliance & International Logistics , you'll arrange all international shipments and assure full compliance of all customs regulations and other legal requirements. This role involves analyzing and interpreting complex customs laws, managing customs documentation, arrange all aspects of international shipping, and working closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate smooth and compliant global trade operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of global customs regulations, and the ability to lead and support compliance initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities : Customs Compliance :

• Ensure that all import and export activities comply with applicable customs laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in customs regulations and update internal processes and documentation accordingly.
• Classify products under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and ensure proper application of duty rates.
• Knowable about Free Trade Agreements.
• Manage and oversee the filing of required customs documentation, including entry summaries, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required documents.
• Broker and Surety Bond management.
• Create Export Commercial Invoices.

Annual Salary Range :

($120K - $140K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
