Executive Director Trinity Health PACE

Lead and oversee all operations of the Trinity Health PACE Organization, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care for frail elderly participants. This role drives strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across clinical, administrative, and support services.

Direct all aspects of PACE operations including medical clinic, provider network, home care, transportation, and day health center. Ensure financial sustainability and quality outcomes through strategic planning and performance monitoring. Build collaborative relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies. Champion continuous improvement, staff development, and participant-centered care. Advocate for policy initiatives that support PACE's mission and growth.

Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Master's Preferred Nursing. 7+ years of executive-level healthcare experience, including geriatric care. 1+ year working with frail elderly populations. Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, managed care, and regulatory standards.
