Regulatory Affairs Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Regulatory Affairs - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze new state and federal laws and regulations relevant to assigned business lines

Lead a team in reviewing regulatory changes and ensuring compliance measures are met

Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory issues and improve team processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry in a regulatory or compliance role

Experience managing a team in a regulatory or compliance setting

Proficient in legal research tools and capable of interpreting complex laws and regulations

Ability to collaborate with various organizational partners to ensure compliance

Proven analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple deliverables
