We cater to both small and large commercial projects, providing AIA billing, all required insurance certificates, and the appropriate labor for the job. We are based in Brooklyn, NY.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY for a Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, developing business plans, and implementing effective strategies to drive growth and efficiency. They will manage financial activities, including budgeting and finance, while ensuring that all operations align with the company's goals and objectives. The COO will work closely with other executive members to ensure the company remains competitive and adapts to market changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Finance and Budgeting
• Exceptional leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in a senior operational role within the commercial industry
