Job Summary :

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaners to join our team. The role involves cleaning and preparing newly constructed or renovated buildings for occupancy by removing dust, debris, and other construction-related materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in deep cleaning, knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Hours : Part-time

Work days : Monday - Friday

Day-time Shifts : 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Job Site Locations : Naples / Ft. Myers / Cape Coral

Pay : $14-$15 / hour plus bonuses for perfect cleans

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform rough, final, and touch-up cleaning of newly built or renovated residential and commercial properties.
• Remove construction dust, dirt, debris, adhesives, paint splatter, and other residues from surfaces.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors, tiles, and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, windows, doors, walls, ceilings, and other fixtures.
• Use proper cleaning solutions and equipment to clean various surfaces (e.g., stainless steel, glass, marble, wood, tile, and carpet).
• Dispose of trash and construction debris according to site guidelines.
• Identify and report any damages, safety hazards, or unfinished areas that require attention.
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety protocols, including wearing PPE and using cleaning chemicals properly.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, contractors, and team members.
