A company is looking for a Community Events Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as program manager for the Community Events Program, building relationships with Community Champions and stakeholders
Pilot new event formats and support marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
Monitor program health metrics and collaborate with teams to incorporate feedback into Community Events initiatives
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in Ambassador Programs or Community Program Manager roles
Proven experience managing complex programs and overseeing cross-team projects
Ability to develop, implement, and improve new processes
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence Cloud, and Trello
Strong relationship-building skills and enthusiasm for user-driven events
