The Sr. Financial Analyst For Operations Consolidations is responsible for driving financial clarity across global operations by consolidating and analyzing spend and headcount data to support strategic decision-making. The role also focuses on standardizing scalable processes and improving reporting efficiency, enabling leadership to act quickly and confidently in a dynamic business environment.

This position reports to the Sr. Finance Manager, MFG. FP&A and is part of the Manufacturing Finance team located in Sunnyvale, CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Lead the consolidation, reporting, tracking, and analyzing of financials for Global Operations Finance as part of month end and forecast cycles
• Support annual budget setting cycle process including calendar / deadline tracking, support of various key schedules (Operations Spend, Headcount, etc.)
• Lead on reporting of headcount including reconciliations, open requisition reporting, month-end variance analysis, etc.

The salary range for this role is $101,000-$128,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
