We are hiring a versatile and detail-oriented Automotive Prep & Porter Technician to join our growing team in Saginaw. This hybrid role involves preparing vehicles for paint and cosmetic repair while also assisting with driving and porter duties. You will support workflow across body prep, paint operations, and customer vehicle handling to ensure efficiency and a high standard of quality. Ideal candidates will be dependable, customer-focused, and experienced in automotive reconditioning or collision environments.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

Preparation & Body Work :

• Sand and feather vehicle surfaces for paint application
• Mask and tape vehicles to protect unpainted areas
• Clean and prep panels thoroughly to ensure surface readiness
• Apply primers, sealers, or adhesion promoters as directed
• Inspect body panels for imperfections or contamination
• Assist painters and body technicians with repair flow
